TERMS & CONDITIONS
Welcome to Inkbull Studio.
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Inkbull Studio website and your interactions with us regarding consultations, tattoo bookings, tattoo designs, and related services. By accessing or using our website, submitting a consultation or appointment form, or proceeding with a tattoo appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or submit an enquiry or booking request.
#### USING OUR WEBSITE
The Inkbull Studio website is intended to provide information about our studio, tattoo services, artwork, consultations, aftercare, and related content. You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, interfere with, damage, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, its systems, or its content. All information, artwork, photographs, written content, logos, graphics, and other materials displayed on the website are provided for legitimate personal use and information purposes unless otherwise stated.
#### CONSULTATIONS
Inkbull Studio may offer free consultations to discuss tattoo ideas, design direction, placement, size, style, pricing, and other requirements. Submitting a consultation request does not guarantee an appointment or require Inkbull Studio to accept the requested tattoo. A consultation allows us to understand your idea and determine how best to approach the tattoo. We may recommend changes to the design, placement, size, or style where we believe they will improve the result or suitability of the tattoo. We reserve the right to decline tattoo requests that are unsuitable, unsafe, outside our artistic capabilities, or inconsistent with our professional standards.
#### APPOINTMENTS, BOOKINGS, PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
Submitting an appointment form is an appointment request and not a confirmed booking. An appointment is considered confirmed only after Inkbull Studio has communicated confirmation and, where applicable, the required deposit has been received. Tattoo pricing may vary depending on the size, placement, complexity, style, design requirements, and time involved. Any estimate provided before the design or scope is finalized may change if the requirements change. Where a deposit is required, the amount and applicable conditions will be communicated before the appointment is confirmed. Deposits may be non-refundable and may be used to secure the appointment date and cover design or preparation work. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible. Last-minute cancellations, repeated rescheduling, or failure to attend may result in the loss of your deposit or the requirement of a new deposit for another appointment. Clients are expected to arrive on time. Significant delays may affect the available session time and, where appropriate, the appointment may need to be rescheduled. Inkbull Studio may also need to reschedule an appointment due to circumstances affecting the artist, studio, health, safety, equipment, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Where this occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate with you and arrange an alternative appointment.
#### AGE, CONSENT & IDENTIFICATION
Clients must meet the minimum legal age and consent requirements applicable to tattooing. Where required, valid identification or appropriate parental or legal guardian consent may need to be provided before tattooing. Inkbull Studio reserves the right to request identification or other documentation where reasonably necessary to verify age or consent and may refuse to proceed where legal requirements cannot be satisfied.
#### HEALTH & SAFETY
Tattooing involves penetrating the skin and carries inherent risks, including irritation, swelling, bleeding, infection, allergic reactions, scarring, and changes in skin pigmentation or healing. Clients are responsible for informing the artist before their session about any relevant allergies, skin conditions, medications, medical conditions, previous reactions, or other circumstances that may affect tattooing or healing. If you have concerns about whether tattooing is appropriate for you due to a medical condition, medication, pregnancy, skin condition, or other health-related circumstance, you should seek appropriate medical advice before receiving a tattoo. Inkbull Studio may refuse or postpone a tattoo where we reasonably believe proceeding may create a health or safety risk. Clients must not attend an appointment under the influence of alcohol, recreational drugs, or any substance that may impair judgment or the ability to provide informed consent.
#### TATTOO DESIGNS & ARTISTIC DIRECTION
Tattoo designs are developed based on the consultation, references, ideas, placement, size, style, and other information provided by the client. Reference images supplied by a client may be used for inspiration or design direction. The final tattoo may differ from the reference based on the artist's professional and artistic judgment. Inkbull Studio may make reasonable changes to a design to improve its composition, proportions, placement, readability, tattooability, or long-term appearance. Once a design has been approved or the tattoo session has begun, significant changes may not be possible and may require additional preparation or charges. We may decline to reproduce another artist's original tattoo exactly and may recommend creating an original interpretation instead.
#### INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All original artwork, tattoo designs, sketches, illustrations, photographs, videos, written content, logos, branding, graphics, and other creative material created by or for Inkbull Studio remain the property of their respective rights holders. Receiving or purchasing a tattoo does not automatically transfer copyright or ownership of the underlying artwork or design. You may not reproduce, sell, distribute, commercially exploit, modify, or claim ownership of Inkbull Studio's original artwork or designs without appropriate written permission.
#### PHOTOGRAPHY & PORTFOLIO
Inkbull Studio may photograph completed tattoos and studio work for documentation, portfolio, educational, website, social media, and promotional purposes. Where an identifiable image of a client is intended to be used for promotional purposes, appropriate permission will be obtained where required. Photographs of tattoos may be retained as part of our professional portfolio and business records, subject to applicable privacy rights and permissions.
#### AFTERCARE & TATTOO HEALING
Proper aftercare is an important part of achieving a healthy, well-healed tattoo. Inkbull Studio provides aftercare instructions to help clients care for their tattoos during the healing process. Clients are responsible for following these instructions and taking reasonable care of their tattoo. Healing varies between individuals and can be affected by skin type, placement, tattoo size and style, lifestyle, aftercare, sun exposure, climate, and other factors. Inkbull Studio cannot guarantee that every tattoo will heal or age in exactly the same way as a freshly completed tattoo or reference image. Our aftercare information is intended as general guidance and does not replace professional medical advice. If you experience symptoms that may indicate an infection, significant allergic reaction, or other medical issue, seek appropriate medical attention.
#### TOUCH-UPS
Some tattoos may require or benefit from a touch-up after the initial healing period. A touch-up can only be assessed once the tattoo has sufficiently healed. Whether a touch-up is required and whether any charge applies will depend on the individual circumstances and the condition of the tattoo. Changes caused by poor aftercare, excessive sun exposure, scratching, picking, physical damage, or other factors outside the artist's reasonable control may not qualify for complimentary touch-up work.
#### REFUSAL OF SERVICE
Inkbull Studio reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a tattoo session where reasonably necessary for artistic, health, safety, legal, ethical, or operational reasons. This may include inappropriate or unsafe requests, intoxication, threatening or abusive behaviour, inability to provide informed consent, undisclosed circumstances affecting safety, or requests outside our professional capabilities. Our decision to refuse a tattoo or discontinue a session does not create an obligation to provide the requested service.
#### WEBSITE CONTENT & DISCLAIMER
We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date. However, information regarding services, pricing, availability, artwork, policies, and other content may change from time to time without prior notice. Images displayed on the website are intended to represent our artwork, style, studio, or creative direction. Individual tattoo results may vary. Information published on our website, including educational and aftercare content, is provided for general informational purposes and should not be treated as medical advice.
#### THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES & SERVICES
Our website may contain links to third-party websites, social media platforms, payment providers, booking services, communication platforms, or other external services. These services operate independently from Inkbull Studio and may have their own terms, privacy policies, and practices. We are not responsible for the content, security, availability, or privacy practices of third-party websites or services.
#### LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Inkbull Studio shall not be responsible for losses, damages, complications, or changes resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including failure to follow aftercare instructions, undisclosed health or skin conditions, allergic reactions, individual healing characteristics, excessive sun exposure, physical damage, or other external factors. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
#### CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Inkbull Studio may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our services, website, business practices, or applicable laws. We encourage you to review these Terms & Conditions periodically.
#### GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law, disputes relating to these Terms & Conditions or services provided by Inkbull Studio shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having appropriate jurisdiction over Inkbull Studio's place of business.
#### SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
#### ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By using the Inkbull Studio website, submitting a consultation or appointment request, or proceeding with a confirmed tattoo appointment, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and agree to the provisions applicable to your use of our website and services. Where additional consent forms, booking requirements, or client instructions apply to a particular tattoo session, those requirements will also apply to that appointment.
